Solstice marks the midway point of Winter and brings the promise of longer days and warmer weather. For vignerons, it marks the start of pruning – the meticulous process of preparing our vines for their rebirth in spring. To celebrate the solstice – as well as our 20th birthday – we’re hosting two lavish food and wine events here in the picturesque Coal River Valley.
Join us on Saturday 8th June (6pm to late) for our all-inclusive Solstice: Shared Table Feast. With only 100 tickets available, this exclusive event is an indulgent food and wine experience. Included in your ticket price of $105 p/head (plus booking fee):

Alternatively, spend Sunday 9th June (12 – 3pm) with us for our Solstice: Sunday Sesh. Listen to live music while enjoying a shared table smorgasbord of amazing produce by chef Paul Foreman. With complimentary tastings running from our cellar door every 45 minutes, this is the perfect opportunity to speak with the team and learn about our range.
