Handpicked, whole bunches from our premium Merlot block. Pressed in stainless steel tanks, then transferred to Oak barrels to mature for 12 months. Wild berry flavours with a hint of chocolate, the finish gives wonderful tannins. Enjoy with a steak or a cheese platter.
