The 2023 Sauvignon has fresh and attractive aromas of stone fruit, and tropical fruits. The palate offers more complexity with intense tropical flavours and lychee notes. Well, weighted with subtle minerality, balanced by natural freshness and a bright acid to finish. After a cool ferment, the wine sits on lees for 3 months in tank to build creaminess and good palate weight to enhance the vineyards natural textures.
“Mid to light-yellow colour with a gentle prickle of gas, the aromas spicy and attractively complex, the palate showing richness and drive, fullness and persistence. There’s a hint of nuttiness as well as passionfruit varietal character: a style of real charm and complexity. ”
